Have you noticed how quickly the mind tightens when things don’t go "our way"?
It scrambles to fix, to manage, to hold on — even when there’s nothing solid to hold.
In our latest video, we took a deep dive into this very movement — the illusion of control.
We explored how the mind arises when control feels threatened, and how the so-called awakened perspective doesn’t give us more control… it shows us we never had it.
There’s something strangely freeing in that. Not passive. Not hopeless. Just… honest.
